Leisure 18 Slimming Coffee is one slimming beverage that piqued my curiosity thus made me buy a box to try it out. Since college, I veered away from slimming teas and the likes because the ones I’ve tried before just made me do frequent trips to the comfort room and triggered my hyperacidity.

Last year, I really gained weight and most of the bulges concentrated on my hips, butt and thigh. I wasn’t able to exercise unlike before when I got to participate on running events. My friend, Hazel of Veruca, who’s also my supplier of Cyleina soaps, only has positive reviews about Leisure 18 that’s why I got interested. Leisure 18 Slimming Coffee won’t give you undesirable side effects like diarrhea, palpitations and dizziness. I bought one box from her for Php 220 which contains 18 sachets, good for 18 days.

The coffee tastes bland, and honestly I can’t consume it alone so I added more Nescafe 3-in-1 for flavor and color.

As per the instruction, I take it before breakfast, or in my case, before going to work because I get to have my brunch when I arrive at the office. I already experienced the effect on the first day, I lost my appetite which is very very rare, but I still forced to eat my brunch but didn’t finish the whole serving since I felt full unexpectedly. Throughout the day, I don’t have any food cravings even when it’s already snack time. I just grabbed some crackers and soda just so I can eat something but I really don’t feel hungry the rest of the day. What I really love about it is that I completely forgot about my chocolates addiction, even when faced with chocolates and junk foods at the grocery, nothing seem to tickle my taste buds.

I feel really thirsty the whole day though, but I think it’s also good because I get to increase my water intake. I think the coffee has high caffeine content because there are some nights that I’m still awake at 3 am, not good for students and people who must get up early.

As for other side effects, I did experience dizziness and slight palpitations on my first week. But I guess it’s manageable and continued drinking this for 7 straight days. Unfortunately, I got sick the week after my “slimming coffee week” so I decided to stop drinking it until I get well. The second “slimming coffee week” was a better experience for me because no palpitations and dizziness this time. Of course, different strokes for different folks right? Did I lose weight? YES! After only consuming 7 sachets, Jeff noticed my uber-huge-thighs got smaller. I became confident wearing leggings too! My pants got a little looser and my tummy got smaller. I still have few sachets left because I’m not drinking it for 18 straight days. I’m just taking it weekly, then the week after that. I still get results so I’m satisfied and comfortable with this routine.

hey guys,
super effective talaga ito! the best so far! (trust me, ive tried almost ALL diet pills/teas in the market!) wala itong side effects! that’s why i bought a lot and started sharing/selling to family and friends. be careful lang coz maraming fakes-as in walang effect! before i buy, i ask the “tindera” to open a box and sachet (kahit na i’ll pay for the opened sachet) just to make sure it’s the original one.
anyway, after 1 box i lost 12 lbs! im still losing more kasi kasya na pre pregnancy clothes ko.

no side effects for me sis. and it really suppressed my appetite. took a cup this morning, had a really small breakfast (1/2 cup of noodles) and up to this hour im not hungry yet :O
not so sure about the slimming effect though, i’ll check when i get home

I started using Leisure 18 slimming coffee since Oct.15, 2010. On my first week wala akong na feel na side effect since I’m a coffeeholic. Appetite suppresant sya that’s why you will not feel hungry at all kaya siguro on my second week I started to feel headache kasi di ako kumakain after lunch,but I guess its not because of the coffee it because of meal mis-management. Lesson you have to eat kahit hindi ka gutom otherwise you feel hypoglycemic then you will start to feel dizziness palpitations and headache.

Still my routine eating habit is the same except that dinner time less rice lang ako no exercise at all (believe me as a I have sedentary lifestyle). I was 75kg. now i’m down to 72 kg. after 1 box.

Now I’m on my 2nd box and started to drink 2x daily with hazel ( http://www.veruca.multiply.com ) consent advise kasi nya at least finish 1 box before starting 2x/day.

I think it will be more effective if you will do routine exercise.

Regarding whitening effect, since I have fair complexion I not interested at all sa effect nya sa skin ko, but my Hubby told me my face bacame fresh and my skin became fairer.

I’ve tried this. It doesn’t have the insomnia effect. You have to drink the coffee in the morning, 30 minutes before eating breakfast, not in the evening.

Hi, ask ko lang kasi its my 11 day to try tong slimming coffee, and lately like my 9th-11th day naeexperience ko palpitations and dizziness, as in prang magblablakout ako for few secs like from sitting in chair for long time then tatayo to get water then magiging ok naman, ask ko lang kung ok lng ba yun? nkakatakot kasi bka mgkaron p ko heart problems in the future, ang bata ko p nman (20) lang ako salamat sa mkakasagot ng tanong ko ^^

hindi rin naman ito nakaka insomnia.kung nagigising ka in da middle of ur sleep,maybe stress lang un..and its normal..ang isang tao kasi,kapag may nagsabi sa kanya na ganito- ganyan ang efek nyan ha..xempre ikaw iisipin mo ganun din mangyayari sau,meron kasi minsan na wat u think is wat u get…atchaka kung nahihilo ka,baka naman kasi di ka kumain for da whole day or di ka kumain sa tamang oras..di naman ibig sabihin na di ka nagugutom ay di kana kakain..wala naman negative side effects eh…

so that’s why… I just started drinking it today while working… When I first opened a sachet, I was quite excited because it smelled so good… But when I put some water into my 16-fl.oz mug, I started wondering why it looks so light-colored, so I kept putting more until I had 3 sachets of coffee in the mug. It still looks light-colored and smells bland so I put some creamer before drinking it just to help with the taste (and I was afraid that I already have too much coffee). When I feel hungry and eat, I feel full with just a few bites of food. Good thing I just ate bread and can keep the rest for tomorrow lest it come to waste. It does cause palpitations, so I only drink it like 2 sips at a time. I do think it is non-addictive since a friend of mine who drank it is already slowly taking it out of her system.

hi!!! really effective yung coffee im on my 6th box na… grabe bilib na bilib talaga aq dito sa lahat ng slimming products na na.try dito aq approve talaga… i’ve lost like 18 lbs… from 130 – 112 lbs. to think bloated aq ngaun kc parating na ung menstruation q… no exercise… no lbms…

Mahirap makatulog at less appetite. Iv been drinking 2 boxes of this slimming coffee at un ang napansin ko… Kaya ata nkakapayat kc stimulant xa, 3am di pako nakkatulog at maghapong gising pa. No diarrhea or pains! Although there was a time namemental block ako &/or hypoglycemia coz im not eating that much, or ayoko lng tlga kumain…this is not recommended sa diabetics tlga at preggies

the gold one is not effective. but the purple one is. side effects on me:

1. palpitation.
2.thirst
3. hyperactive.
4.lose of appetite.

all of this are also the effect of shabu(metaamphetamine). believe me.

i heard this coffee form a friend and saw that within 2 weeks she lost weight. I’m fat.. I weigh 210lbs and i’m only 5’4… when i saw the results i immediately bought 3 boxes. I know that there are fake ones so i researched on how to identify whether it’s fake or not. I received the boxes after a week and thank god it’s not fake! i immediately drink 1 sachet 30 mins. before breakfast and even considered drinking another one before dinner. I experienced the same side effects — I’m always thirsty and I’m not craving for more food. I was happy and even weighed in and note it on the calendar. I finished one box already after 9 days since i’m taking two sachet per day plus i do cardio exercises for 30 mins at home.. after 2 weeks i measured my waistline and was frustrated with the result I DIDN’T LOSE AN INCH!!!!! I got so frustrated that i cried.. Am i hopeless case??? Other testimonials here that I read they tried drinking for 2 weeks and they lost weight without exercise.. I drank 2 sachet per day plus the exercise but why didn’t i lost an inch???? ANY ADVICE???

Guys, the reason why you feel dizziness is because of the lack of food. You can’t feel hunger pangs since it was suppressed by the coffee, so try to force yourself to eat at least a light snack in between small meals. It’s like your body’s telling you that it needs food for energy that’s why you feel dizzy.

I’ve already had 4boxes and everybody saw the big difference in me. I feel more confident now and happy with the result and it also makes me more prettier and younger lookin.
Since I dont have any appetite, Im taking vitamis to make sure that Im still getting nutients everyday..

You dont have to worry on being thirsty all the time because thats a sign that our body is constantly metabolising stored energy.. water is needed so does oxygen..:)

And for the not sleepy part, thats the side effect of making the body metabolize more.. if you cant sleep that means your body is still blocking the chemicals that your body produces to make you sleep = still using energy because you are awake = need to get energy from stored fat since you didnt eat anything because of drinking leisure..:p

if that’s the case, then stop taking it. i had that kind of experience too…twas just my 6th day and had the same signs and symptoms…palpitations, difficulty of breathing and feeling of passing out…and so i didn’t hesitate to go to my physician… actually i just got home from my cardiologist, and he told me right there and then to stop taking it because it contains a high dose of caffeine. honestly, i was not satisfied with my physician’s advice(and i was like in my denial stage that it was not about the coffee, NOT ABOUT THE THING THAT MAKES ME LOSE WEIGHT EFFECTIVELY!) so i did some research bout it that’s why i came up with this blog. yes, i’ve tested it and lost 10 lbs within 6 days! (I know it’s not healthy to lose more than 4lbs a week but it still depends with your total body weight) and also I’ve lost that thru the help of regular exercise (2 hours daily) BUT NOW I’ve understand the consequences that’s why starting tomorrow, I swear I’m not gonna take it anymore, will just continue goin to the gym and discipline myself with my food intake anyway I’m used to eat in small amount lately… so yeah… oh another thing, what I’ve experienced may not experience by others so I think it’s a case to case basis.. I just wrote this to remind others bout the pros and cons. So no violent reactions please 

ive tried the gold sachet with purple lining, im 125 lbs,finished the whole box, still weighs the same. plus it has side effects like cant sleep, cannot poop (stopped it kasi i havent poop for a week) and i dont have appetite nga the whole day but sobrang gutom sa gabi. so ayun. im not selling so i guess mas honest yung experience ko.

I have been drinking this coffee for almost 4 months…. It’s really effective!
From 71kgs to 64kgs… Yahoooooo! I’m glad I found this solution , I’m tired of yoyo diet, exercise at iba ibang klase ng diet pills…. I Stop ko after makuha ko ang normal bmi kya 6 kilos more to go then I maintain ko n lng.
yeah, the first few days of taking it I feel very thirsty and sleepy but then continue ko pa rin cguro nagaadjust pa yung body natin, kain pa rin ako 3x a day as usual para di mahilo pero dina gaano karami at feel busog kagad tapos di n ko kumajain after 6 ng gabi,then inom ng water bgo matulog. Yap, there’s also at times n wake up ka ng madaling araw or di mktulog pero sa akin okey Lang kc may baby din akong inaalagaan but then bumalik din yung normal sleeping pattern ko. Sa mga ibang di kumakain you need to eat para di masyado bigla ang pagbagsak ng katawan natin ang normal na pag lost ng weight ay 1.2 kgs for 2 weeks, di rin mganda ang bigla kya take it slowly ba.
Ito sa pinaka magandang results sa akin nawala ang back pain ko, suffer ako back pain for almost 5 years lalo n Kung malamig ang panahon, malaki talaga kc ang tummy ko mula ng pagkapanganak ko kya as in nawala ang pagpain ko and I feel more energy khit more than 12 hrs ako ng wowork.
Sa mga nakapansin sa akin, as in pumayat talaga ako sabi ng mga katrabaho at mga kaibigan , lalo pa daw ako gumanda! Lol at mga damit
kong maliit ay unti unti ko nang naiisuot… Share ko Lang Ito hopefully no problem at the end.

grabe!it’s true!effective sya skn,1st day ko plng uminom,mornifn sa office,wla nkong ganang kumain,and foe the whole day,prang d aq nkkrmdam ng gutom,unlike b4,after breakfast,nghhnap n nmn aq ng different foods,like chocolates,chips…and then,2nd day kng uminom,i noticed na lumiit n ung tummy ko,even my fiancee,noticed n mgslimmed down n ung waistline ko,grabe,wud u belive my size b4?36-34-35? but now,34-32-34…ang galing,ang bilis pa….bsta wg nyo lng sosobrahan,,,lht ng sobra msama…more confident nko lalo ngun….:)
