Leisure 18 Slimming Coffee is one slimming beverage that piqued my curiosity thus made me buy a box to try it out. Since college, I veered away from slimming teas and the likes because the ones I’ve tried before just made me do frequent trips to the comfort room and triggered my hyperacidity.

Last year, I really gained weight and most of the bulges concentrated on my hips, butt and thigh. I wasn’t able to exercise unlike before when I got to participate on running events. My friend, Hazel of Veruca, who’s also my supplier of Cyleina soaps, only has positive reviews about Leisure 18 that’s why I got interested. Leisure 18 Slimming Coffee won’t give you undesirable side effects like diarrhea, palpitations and dizziness. I bought one box from her for Php 220 which contains 18 sachets, good for 18 days.

The coffee tastes bland, and honestly I can’t consume it alone so I added more Nescafe 3-in-1 for flavor and color.

As per the instruction, I take it before breakfast, or in my case, before going to work because I get to have my brunch when I arrive at the office. I already experienced the effect on the first day, I lost my appetite which is very very rare, but I still forced to eat my brunch but didn’t finish the whole serving since I felt full unexpectedly. Throughout the day, I don’t have any food cravings even when it’s already snack time. I just grabbed some crackers and soda just so I can eat something but I really don’t feel hungry the rest of the day. What I really love about it is that I completely forgot about my chocolates addiction, even when faced with chocolates and junk foods at the grocery, nothing seem to tickle my taste buds.

I feel really thirsty the whole day though, but I think it’s also good because I get to increase my water intake. I think the coffee has high caffeine content because there are some nights that I’m still awake at 3 am, not good for students and people who must get up early.

As for other side effects, I did experience dizziness and slight palpitations on my first week. But I guess it’s manageable and continued drinking this for 7 straight days. Unfortunately, I got sick the week after my “slimming coffee week” so I decided to stop drinking it until I get well. The second “slimming coffee week” was a better experience for me because no palpitations and dizziness this time. Of course, different strokes for different folks right? Did I lose weight? YES! After only consuming 7 sachets, Jeff noticed my uber-huge-thighs got smaller. I became confident wearing leggings too! My pants got a little looser and my tummy got smaller. I still have few sachets left because I’m not drinking it for 18 straight days. I’m just taking it weekly, then the week after that. I still get results so I’m satisfied and comfortable with this routine.

im using l18 for 2 months and it was effective in loosing weight but in my experience the side effect for me is i had an itchy supper itchy skin around my tummy and my legs during at night so you better think about it before u buy l18,now im not using l18 after i had experiece so much itchiness on my skin…..

it is really a great product. before i use it i had a problem in losing weight.
after using it i lost many kilos and felt healthy as well .
to al people who have a problem in losing weight or cant control their appetit you must use it as soon as u can . u wont regret.

Side effect po talaga ang palpitations to some. Remind ko lang po you can only take it ONCE a day, most preferably at least 30minutes before breakfast. Leisure 18 is not for those with heart problems.

Eat fruits and vegetables, too. Even if you’re taking Leisure 18, you still need to eat healthily. This means more of the fresh fruits, vegetables, lean meat, fish, and chicken without the skin. Since Leisure 18 helps you eating less as it steals your food cravings, eating right is still a must to give you the right nutrients your body needs to help your organs function at it’s max.

I stopped taking this after 3 days kc nag palpitate heart ko and at the same time ang sakit sakit ng mga joints ko. ang tagal nawala ng effect kaya natakot ako. pinagpaliban ko for 3 days ang pag inom nagbakasakali akong mawala yong dati kong feelings pero sad to say, same reactions. kaya i decided not to continue taking it baka d talaga sa akin hiyang.

Hi Julie,

Were you using the gold version or the silver version?

I found that when taking the silver sachets, I had the same symptoms as you but with the gold sachets, I didn’t get yung sakit sa joints and only a little bit of heart palpitation.

absolutely! this product is a real slimming one…it works for me…thus, reduces my cravings…pero you should still eat…better, kung sasabayan ng healthy diet like eating fruits and vegetables…just 7 days I saw changes in my bulgy tummy…lumiit eto…maaaring may negative effect sa iba so if you felt something na unusual stop it kc bka hinde lng fit sau ung product…

Just received my coffee this morning and i immediately drink it. and after 1 – 2 hr headache attack. I have the same feeling when i was taking zhen de zhou.

fot others who used the whole box, dont u feel any headaches, palpitations ? base on ur story it seems ur just drinking a regular coffee.

Absolutely this is the slimming coffee! I tried lots of slimming products but for me walang epekto. So my sis told that theres a slimming coffee she told that before you buy it search it first, so I did.
I bought one box 3 days after drinking i felt nausea & palpitations & headache too also I awake at 3:00am, so when I wake up I drink again & i can sleep again.

Last December my weight is 55kls. I start drinking Jan 7 until now. on my second box I drink it twice a day, i really had a bad headache but I still continue driking it… on my 3rd box same thing 2x a day but I stop for a week kasi nag LBM at SUKA ako… aftr a week until now I still drinking it. before breakfast & before going to sleep, kasi ang sarap nang tulog ko…

4 days is still too early, just be patient. Some results will be gradual, some lose weight after 2 or 3 weeks. Mas nakakatakot naman kapag drastic and weight loss.

I also tried Fashion slimming coffee, for me effective tlga sya, walang bad side effects, mejo nag dry nga mouth pero ok lang, need lng ng plenty of fluids. tpos suppressed and appetite ko, I wasn’t able to check my weight after 1 box pero I’m sure na naging effective sya kasi I can wear my old pants na hindi na kasya sa akin before. after one box nde ko na din ma contact yung pinagbilhan ko, tpos nka bili ako ng leisure 18. still on my 3rd sachet, dry mouth and suppressed appetite pero I can’t say pa na effective dn siya. hehe.

hello i was able to take about 4 boxes of it bfore and it was really effective but its only effective when i was drinking it , i stopped because of palpitations and gained more weight after taking it-hndi naman ako nag didiet ever since ,even when i was taking the coffee,there is a slight walang gana sa pagkain when taking it-
and beware of fake bozes, at first i was able to buy the orginal ones but when i tried taking it back after a few months, i bought it from a certified drug store but walang effects,so baka fake yun.

and just today i was searching about it i found recent researches,stating that most slimming coffees have appetite suppresant,sibutramine
which im not sure if it is in this brand,that causes hypertension-which is also indicated in the box- ok lang sana but upon reading it says it carcinogenic,im not really sure if it has sibutramine in it which is harmful sa body,
,just wanna share lang ….
